• Efficient and concise execution of the asset plan through the coordination of all third parties involved in the process. Our nationwide contacts allow us to access a vast network of skilled real estate and other professionals to accomplish the goals established by our investors
• Conducting systematic sell/hold analyses and applying disciplined sale strategies to realize capital appreciation
• Prepare quarterly valuation (Mark to Market) analysis of all equity positions
• Facilitate capital calls and maintain accounting of all cash activity
